Peas and Potatoes

This is a classic Idaho recipe from my mom.

2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
-boil for 15 minutes, then drain.

Melt 2 Tbsp butter and mix with 2 Tbsp flour.  Stir in 2 cups of milk.  Stir constantly until thickened.  Add lots of salt and pepper.  Add potatoes and peas.  Simmer for 5 minutes.
